- Are you originally from Ukraine and would like to contribute to the recovery of the country through your expertise?
- Are you based in Germany and would like to return to Ukraine for an extended period to contribute to the reconstruction of the country?
- Have you obtained one of the following three qualifications within the last five years?
A university degree or doctorate from a German higher education institution, with at least 12 months in Germany
A formally recognised training and further education recognised in Germany (at least 12 months)
At least one year of qualified professional experience in Germany.
Furthermore, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- You plan to return to Ukraine within the next few months and start a local employment relationship by 1st March 2026 at the latest.
- You returned to Ukraine no more than 12 months ago and are currently looking for work.
- You returned to Ukraine no more than 12 months ago and have been working for a Ukrainian employer for less than one year.
